Chia Hock Lai is the CEO of Switchnovate, chairman of Singapore Blockchain Association,a FinTech consultancy firm that provides financial blockchain solutions, and has close to 2 decades of experience in the financial and technology industry. He has previously worked in organizations like the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and NTUC Income. He is also an alumnus of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
Mr. Alex Hui is Director of Moonstake.io, and in 2017 was appointed Director and COO of a startup specializing in business development using blockchain. In 2012 he won first place in Evernote DevCup against 170 teams in working for Metal One. The following year, he won the same contest and was invited to the accelerator program of the American Unicorn company Evernote. He is self-taught in programming and started an application development company in 2009. Previously, at Metal One, Mr. Hui developed a hugely successful new product in the Chinese Market, and then headed up the firm’s development strategy and managed large scale projects in Southeast Asia and Australia.
Lawrence is a digital marketing professional with a background in programming and has been in the tech industry for over 10 years. He was one of Huobi Global’s early employees and later became Head of Global Business in Singapore. After that, he became the COO and co-founder of Zipmex, a cryptocurrency exchange which has been expanded in Southeast Asia, and led the acquisition of licenses.
Prior to entering the blockchain industry, he had a proven track record of successfully IPOing e-commerce companies’ products and customers on ASX and implementing global digital initiatives on Standard Chartered. He has received various awards from marketing fields such as Marketing Excellence and Dragons of Asia.
Mr. Tezuka is Founder of Moonstake.io, and CEO of CTIA which he founded in 2017 in Switzerland and Japan. Currently, with CTIA, Mr. Tezuka focuses on promoting blockchain within the existing business structure and facilitates development with government and businesses. Between 2013 and 2017, Mr. Tezuka ran number of studies in blockchain applications focused on blockchain fundaments and P2P in five major cities in Japan. Prior to this, Mr. Tezuka worked at Hikari Tsushin Co., in corporate sales, retail and business strategy.

Alex is also one of the founders of RockX, a PoS service and development platform established in Singapore in early 2019.
